Experience and Credentials 
 
Our team is made up of experienced property professionals with over 70 years of property investment & development expertise incorporating all of the professional disciplines:- Chartered Builiding Surveyors, Clerk of Works, Architects, Structural Engineers, Asbestos Specialists and Listed Building Specialists.   

Our directors and partners have resided in several countries on different continents, and we have established an extensive network of contacts and unique insights into several international property markets.

Between us we are fluent in over 5 languages and this fluency is a direct benefit we bring to the process of negotiation on behalf of investors. As qualified engineers and property professionals (including an MA degree), we have in excess of 40 years of expertise in technology and management consulting. One of our team has gained extensive international expertise as CEO of 3 international companies, and in financial markets as a Board member of a 2000-employee public company and through fundraising activities for several technology firms. He has also been a non-executive Director of several companies in the UK and Latin America.
